Plain language on what's collected through this website and what happens to it.

This policy covers the chartbpa.com website: the contact form, the embedded map, and the site itself. It doesn't cover the financial records, statements, or account access you share with CHART once you're an engaged client. Those are governed by your engagement agreement and the confidentiality terms in it, and are held to a higher standard than a website ever needs to be.
CHART Business Performance Accounting is the public name of CHART BPA LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Anu Prakash (AP) Moni Santha is the owner and the only person who handles information submitted through this site.
When you fill out the form on this site, I receive whatever you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and your message. That's it. There are no hidden fields collecting anything beyond what's visibly asked for.
To read your message and reply to you. If we move forward, that same information becomes the starting point for scheduling a call and setting up an engagement. It isn't used for anything else, and it isn't sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
This site doesn't run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map may set cookies through Google's service; that's between your browser and Google, and you can control it through your own browser settings.
Reasonable safeguards are in place: access is limited to me, accounts are protected with strong authentication, and nothing from this form is stored in shared or public locations. No system is perfectly secure, and this page doesn't promise one.
Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, as part of the ordinary business record of that relationship. If you'd like a message deleted and there's no ongoing reason to keep it, email me and I'll take care of it.

If what this site collects or how it's used changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will reflect it.
